1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TCL99MY. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and TCL99MY ("Platform", "we", or "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the TCL99MY platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Owning multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended immediately without prior notice.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

6 Game Rules

All games offered at TCL99MY — including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — have their own rules that every player must follow. The general rules in effect include the following:

• All game results generated by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In Live Casino games, the outcome announced by the dealer is final, subject to video recording review in the event of a valid dispute.
• TCL99MY reserves the right to void any bets or games involving an obvious technical error, including incorrect odds being offered or unintentional bonus credits being applied.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the TCL99MY platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities or another person's personal information.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities through the platform.
• Exploiting technical bugs, system errors, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or any tool designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or cheat the game system.
• Issuing threats, using abusive language, or engaging in disruptive behavior toward staff or other players.

9 Liability Limits

TCL99MY's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

TCL99MY reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Inability to verify a user's identity when requested.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's internal policy.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any eligible remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
